Healthcare Provider

This was by far the most involved of all the projects I'd done throughout my time at university. I worked in a team of six to conduct extensive primary research and provide recommendations on an SMS marketing strategy for a large healthcare provider in the area. We researched patient preference in order to make recommendations on the appearance, readability, perceived security, timing, and branding for the SMS communication sent out by this healthcare provider.

The ultimate goal was to improve metrics such as hyperlink click-through rates and the amount of bills paid in a timely manner. We created and distributed a survey asking about patient preference for SMS communications, including preferred time of day, wording, and branding. This gave us real and measurable results that aided in the creation of a comprehensive SMS communication strategy for this healthcare provider to utilize.
