Emerald Gala

For this project, I was put in charge of planning and coordinating a two-night, 100 person event celebrating the 20th anniversary of American School Fez. This event was meant to be a large celebration for student alumni, previous teachers, and meaningful connections to the school.

I decided on a theme of emerald to coordinate with the traditional anniversary gifts. This event involved scheduling caterers, inviting hundreds of people, coordinating entertainment, and setting up the event space.
